Despite the full-scale war, Ukraine’s venture ecosystem remains one of the most dynamic in Central and Eastern Europe. Startups with Ukrainian roots have already produced a number of global success stories that have attracted the attention of leading international venture funds and strategic investors. These include Grammarly, GitLab, Preply, Petcube, Looksery, Delfast, Allset, People.ai, MacPaw, Readdle, Ajax Systems, Jooble, Depositphotos, Restream, and others.

In recent years, venture investment in Ukraine has increasingly focused on technologies with global market potential, defence and dual-use solutions, AI, SaaS products, agtech, fintech, and climate tech. At the same time, wartime risks, team relocation, deal structuring complexity, and the requirements of international investors necessitate professional investment advisory support.

InVenture has been working with venture projects since 2009 — at a time when venture investment in Ukraine was only beginning to take shape as a distinct market. Since then, we have consistently contributed to the development of the venture ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and institutional partners.

We have been initiators and active participants in the creation of:

  • the InVenture investment portal — one of the largest information platforms in Ukraine focused on venture investments and startups;

  • UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association) — the key industry association for venture capital and private equity in Ukraine;

  • Agtech Ukraine — an industry platform for the development of agricultural technologies, bringing together startups, corporations, and investors (agtech hackathons, forums, and sector-specific consulting).

InVenture also supports the development of the FeelGoodLabs business accelerator, which is focused on building practical entrepreneurial and managerial skills among early-stage founders.

Under current conditions, InVenture focuses on practical, commercially viable venture projects with the ability to scale in international markets.

For Startups and Founders

We help to:

  • prepare startups for fundraising (pitch deck, financial model, investment story);

  • structure transactions in line with international investor requirements;

  • raise venture and private capital (angel, seed, Series A);

  • build long-term relationships with investors;

  • prepare companies for subsequent funding rounds or strategic exits.

For Venture Investors

InVenture offers:

  • access to carefully selected startups with Ukrainian and international growth potential;

  • investment risk assessment taking into account the wartime context;

  • end-to-end deal support — from initial screening to due diligence and transaction closing;

  • sourcing of teams and technologies in high-growth niches.

InVenture works with venture projects through the lens of long-term value creation, helping Ukrainian startups expand globally while enabling investors to identify attractive opportunities even under challenging conditions.
