InVenture, acting in the interests of the seller, carried out investor search and facilitated the sale of an operating enterprise in the building materials sector (reinforced concrete structures) in Western Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi region, Kamianets-Podilskyi).

The scope of the transaction included: a production complex with a total area of 13,500 sq.m. (operating workshops equipped with functional machinery, tools, lifting and transportation equipment, and cranes), a land plot of 6.8 ha, an in-house 1.3 MW power substation, a railway branch line, and other utilities.

The enterprise manufactures a wide range of reinforced concrete products: panels (panel length from 9 to 12 meters), various types of floor slabs and lintels, foundation blocks, curbstones, reinforced concrete products of different configurations; it also operates production of plastic windows and doors.
