Thanks to InVenture’s marketing campaign, a buyer was found for a modern meat processing facility and a network of over 50 convenience stores operating under a franchise model.
The transaction involved a fully operational, vertically integrated meat processing business with a production capacity of around 100 tons per month, generating consistent monthly profit, demonstrating dynamic growth, and supported by an experienced team, established management, efficient processes, and valuable tangible assets. These assets included: an industrial land plot, a production complex, warehouses, a distribution center and head office, a full range of modern production equipment, a fleet of cargo vehicles, as well as a retail chain — 21 company-owned stores with full material support and more than 30 franchised outlets.
