InVenture identified a buyer and acted on behalf of the seller to facilitate the acquisition of a business specializing in the sale and maintenance of electric vehicles in Kyiv and Lviv.
The transaction involved the sale of VOLTauto – one of the leading companies in Ukraine’s electric vehicle import and distribution market. Volt-Avto was among the pioneers in establishing logistics for electric vehicle imports from China to Ukraine. To date, the company has sold over 2,000 new electric vehicles. Its annual revenue over the past year reached UAH 490 million.
The business infrastructure includes a 700 m² showroom in Kyiv, a 570 m² showroom in Lviv, and a 236 m² service station.
The buyer was E-SKM, a prominent player in Ukraine’s electric vehicle market.
