Public and Professional Activities
- InVenture is one of the founders and a member of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association — UVCA. The company contributes to the development of Ukraine’s investment ecosystem, the dissemination of market intelligence and the promotion of Ukrainian investment opportunities among international investors.
- Oleksii Oleinikov is a co-founder of the AgTech Ukraine association and was actively involved in its establishment and development. The association was created as an independent industry platform bringing together the agricultural and technology sectors, developing Ukraine’s AgTech market, promoting innovation in agriculture and supporting technology start-ups.
Career
- 2004–2006 — Government Expert and Deputy Head of the Economic Security Department at the National Institute for International Security Studies under the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
- 2008–2015 — Director of Strategic Development and Investment Director at INEKO Investment Group. Responsible for strategic management, the development of investment projects and asset management, particularly in the commercial real estate sector.
- Since 2010 — Founder and Managing Partner of InVenture.
