InVenture has found a buyer and supported the purchase and sale of an agricultural company in the Kyiv region with a total land bank of 4,200 hectares.

The scope of the deal include: land lease agreements concluded for a long-term period, warehouses for storage of about 10,000 tons, tractor brigades, repair shops and other buildings and structures, as well as a fleet of foreign agricultural equipment (3 John Deer tractors, a CASE sprayer – 36 m., HORSH sowing complexes, CASE eco-tiger, plows, fertilizer spreaders, etc.).

The buyer is a Ukrainian strategic investor.

The amount of the deal is not disclosed.
