InVenture, acting on behalf of PASKAL, sourced a buyer and managed the transaction for the sale of a state-of-the-art metalworking manufacturing complex located in Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kyiv region.
Since 2014, the full-cycle metalworking company has been producing thermal engineering equipment. In 2022, the company completed construction and launched operations at its own modern manufacturing facility in the Kyiv region.
The production complex includes a blanking shop (equipped with laser and metal bending machines), welding area, painting shop, assembly and packaging lines, storage facilities, and administrative buildings (two office premises). The total area of the property is 4,700 sq.m., situated on a 2-hectare land plot, and is fully equipped with all utilities, including a solar power plant.
The transaction also included a comprehensive range of advanced metalworking equipment.
