Following the acquisition of the asset in 2025 and due to a change in the new owner’s plans, InVenture organized the buyer search and advised on the sale of a universal industrial and warehouse complex in Husiatyn, Ternopil region.
The transaction perimeter included a property complex with a total area of 8,406 sq m, located on a 6.39 ha land plot. The asset is a former repair and woodworking plant comprising administrative buildings, a carpentry workshop, a hangar-garage, a brick garage, storage facilities, a transformer substation, and a large canopy previously used for parking agricultural machinery and storing construction materials.
Due to its large scale, functional mix of buildings and structures, available utility infrastructure, and railway-linked logistics location, the asset attracted interest from investors looking to acquire ready-to-use industrial infrastructure with business expansion potential.
