InVenture conducted the search for a buyer and supported the seller in the purchase and sale agreement of a production and warehouse complex in the Kyiv region, Gostomel.
The production and warehouse complex is located in the industrial zone of the Gostomel, 10 minutes from the Kyiv-Kovel highway.
On the territory of 3 hectares there are: a new warehouse of 1300 m2, an administrative building of 450 m2, an unfinished production workshop of 1844 m2 (40% readiness). All utilities are connected.

Although the sale process took several years, the broker made a tremendous effort in finding potential buyers, organizing property viewings, aligning positions, and facilitating the transaction.
