InVenture conducted the search for an agricultural asset and, acting in the buyer’s interests, advised on and supported the acquisition of a crop-farming agribusiness in the Kirovohrad region with a total land bank under management of 12,000 hectares and a grain elevator with storage capacity of 21,000 tonnes.

The transaction perimeter included:

• A land bank of 12,000 hectares (lease terms of 7+ years)
• A fleet of foreign-made agricultural machinery (CLAAS, CASE, Zaffrani, Dominoni, Bourgault, Fabimag)
• A machinery storage and maintenance base
