InVenture closed a M&A transaction as a sell-side advisor of the purchase and sale of an agricultural farming company in the Kirovograd region with a total land bank of 10,000 hectares.
The scope of the transaction included:
- Land bank: 10,000 ha (average lease term 12.5 years)
- Complex of agricultural machinery (New Holland, CLASS, Fendt tractors, Geringoff, Challenger, Lemken, OROS, Unica, Capello units and domestic machinery).
- 4 departments with many buildings and structures
- Work in progress
The value of the transaction and its parties are not disclosed.
