InVenture conducted work on the search for a buyer and accompanied the purchase and sale agreement of a modern meat processing plant in the Kyiv region.
The subject of the sale and purchase agreement was a property complex of real estate with an area of 7,000 m2, located on a plot of 14 hectares with all communications and equipment. The production complex includes a workshop for the production of sausage products with a capacity of 15 tons per day, a slaughterhouse with a capacity of 300 heads per day, refrigerators and freezers, a pasta workshop, etc.
The buyer was a Ukrainian profile investor (in the field of meat processing), who plans to modernize and renew the company’s activities.
