InVenture has found a buyer and supported the purchase and sale of a land plot of 11 hectares near Odessa.

Ukrainian leader of the post services Novaya Pochta plans to develop the site and build a sorting terminal.

The distance from the future Nova Poshta terminal to Odessa is about 10 km. The land plot is located in territorial proximity to the Usatovo railway station, the facade is along the Kyiv-Odessa highway

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
