InVenture, in the interests of the Eridon agricultural holding, conducted work on finding a buyer and accompanied the purchase and sale agreement of a warehouse complex certified for the storage of chemicals in Chernivtsi city.

The subject of the purchase and sale agreement was a property complex consisting of warehouses with an office block with a total area of 2,270 m2, a plot of land with an area of 0.69 hectares and a set of engineering communications in Chernivtsi.

The buyer was a Ukrainian private investor.
