InVenture carried out work to find an agricultural asset and advised the purchase and sale transaction of an agricultural company in the Ternopil region with a total land bank of 4,000 hectares.

The transaction perimeter included:

• Land bank: 4,000 hectares (lease terms 7+ years)
• A complex of agricultural machinery (foreign-made machinery – tractors, combines, etc. CASE, John Deere, etc.).
• Grain storage silo 25,000 tons
• Base for storage and maintenance of equipment
• Unfinished production
