InVenture carried out work to find an agricultural asset and advised, in the interests of the buyer, the purchase and sale transaction of a crop-growing agricultural company in the Poltava region with a total land bank under management of 1,900 hectares.

The transaction perimeter included:

• Land bank: 1,900 hectares (lease terms 7+ years)
• Complex of agricultural machinery (foreign-made machinery).
• Base for storage and maintenance of machinery
• Work-in-progress
