InVenture carried out work to find an agricultural asset and advised the purchase and sale transaction of an agricultural company in the Kyiv region (Brovary) with a total land bank of 1900 hectares.

The transaction perimeter included:

• Land bank: 1,900 hectares (lease terms 7+ years)
• Property for storage and maintenance of agricultural machinery and auxiliary premises with a total area of 9000 sq.m.
• Unfinished production

The buyer was a company with foreign investments (Germany).
