InVenture carried out work to find a buyer and supported the purchase and sale transaction of an industrial complex in the food sector (production of chilled semi-finished products) in Tarasovka, Kyiv region.
The subject of the purchase and sale transaction was a real estate complex with an area of 6,103 m2, located on a plot of 0.8 hectares. Electricity is connected to the facility – 810 kW. The production complex includes separate workshops, warehouses, etc. for refrigeration chambers, a laboratory, a sales area, a reception area, an assembly hall, a dormitory, recreation rooms, etc.).
The buyer was a Ukrainian retail investor. Additional investments are planned in installing equipment and launching production activities.
