On May 14, 2025, the State Institution “UkraineInvest” and Investment Venture Group LLC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at enhancing investment activity in Ukraine.

The Memorandum outlines a strategic partnership focused on improving the investment climate, promoting current investment opportunities among foreign investors, and supporting the implementation of investment projects in Ukraine. The agreement establishes the framework for information exchange, coordination of efforts to improve state investment policy, and joint participation in public events, conferences, and working meetings.

The cooperation also includes advisory support, joint project implementation, and collaboration with relevant business associations. Both parties have reaffirmed their commitment to assisting investors in resolving regulatory and operational challenges that may arise during project execution.

The Memorandum has been signed for an indefinite period. The document was signed by Oleksii Oleinikov, Director of Investment Venture Group LLC, and Oleksandr Melnychenko, Acting Executive Director of UkraineInvest.
