The subject of the purchase and sale transaction was a company – a manufacturer of upholstered furniture with a 25-year history and a well-known TM on the Ukrainian market with production facilities in Kyiv.

In 2000, the company was one of the leaders in the production of upholstered furniture in Ukraine, acted as an importer of Italian and American furniture, was awarded a number of awards “Best Furniture of Ukraine”, “Highest Standard”, has many prizes and winner diplomas in national furniture competitions, is a member of the Ukrainian Association Furniture makers.

Due to a significant decline in production volumes due to management problems, a strategic investor was attracted to implement an anti-crisis development program for the company.

The company has all the infrastructure, assets and a number of advantages that allow it to quickly revive the business and put it on a growth trajectory.

The company’s production and central office are located in Kyiv (Okruzhnaya Road). The technological production chain includes: development shop, carpentry shop, foam rubber shop, cutting shop, sewing shop, upholstery shop, technical control department and finished product warehouse. A quality management system has been developed and implemented that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000.

The company has a fleet of machines from the world’s leading manufacturers: wood processing machines – SCM, Griggio, Pantograf and Royek (Italy), painting booth – TECNO AZZURRA (Italy), sewing machines – Juki (Japan), pneumatic tables – Prebena (Germany).
