InVenture has found a buyer and supported the purchase and sale agreement of the crop-growing agricultural company Belarus LLC with a land bank under management of 5,000 hectares in the Chernihiv region (Horodnya).
The buyer was Agrodom Lider LLC, the ultimate beneficiaries of which are Andrey Gordiyenko and Sergey Khripkov.
The agricultural enterprise was founded in 2014 and specializes in the cultivation of grain crops, in particular corn and sunflower.
The transaction perimeter also included: a property complex with 10,000-ton storage warehouses and auxiliary premises; a fleet of agricultural machinery and vehicles; goods in progress.
